Paul is an experienced systemic consultant and regenerative practitioner, supporting leaders for over 20 years in leading complex change projects across Europe and the US.
He trained with the pioneering US outfit Regenesis Group.
The care for the living systems that support our wealth, the trust in the potential of people to grow and evolve their ‘wholeness’ all grounded in robust thinking has caused him to combine this approach with his expertise in leading successful change in the service of new and challenging regenerative business projects. He believes ESG is a significant strategic opportunity for leaders to rethink their fundamental business model and consider the potential of a regenerative approach to create long term and sustainable value.
Paul’s clients have included RWE, Pacific Gas and Electric, Roche Diagnostics, Rolls Royce, Santander Bank, Marks and Spencer and Selfridges.
