Since 1997 André has been catalysing strategic innovation, business transformation and positive impact journeys with clients of the private, social and public sectors in countries like Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, UAE and Angola. Some of his featured work includes 18.18 (Votorantim), Neonet (Schneider Electric), Better Living Program Latin America (Electrolux), Marcopolo Next, Roche Experience, Visoes + 15 (Telefonica Foundation), and Agenda 2020 Rio Grande do Sul.
As venture builder André has been partnering with startups like Evolve (circular economy), Ziel (women’s preventive health & precision oncology), Indeov/Lacann (access to medical cannabis).
André teaches at executive programs in business schools in Brazil (FIA, FDC, IPL) and Chile (Fen/UnChile) and co-authored the books “Strategic Design: Creative Directions for a World in Transformation”, “The Strategy Activist”, “Strategy Management” as well as articles in magazines like Harvard Business Review.
André holds an MPA in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value/Institute of Innovation and Public Policy-University College London, a MA in International Relations/ University of Reading, and an Executive MBA/FDC, BSc in Economics/ Unicamp. He is a lifelong learner in the field of design, complexity management, education, emerging technologies, leadership, business transformation and circular economy.
André lives with his wife and daughter in London, practices yoga and enjoys writing comic scripts.
