For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by what becomes possible when we reconnect with the source of what matters most.
That question has shaped my own life as much as it has shaped my work.
Over the years, I have found that the shifts that open new possibilities rarely begin with better strategies or more effort. They begin when we have the courage to slow down, to look beneath the surface, and to see ourselves more clearly.
Again and again, I have witnessed how this kind of clarity ripples far beyond the individual, touching relationships, organisations and the wider systems they are part of.
The way we meet ourselves shapes the impact we have in the world. This understanding lies at the heart of my work.
I walk alongside people who carry responsibility—whether in organisations, public life, or at important crossroads in their own lives. Together, we get to the source of what matters most: what gives meaning, what brings energy, what may be standing in the way, and what quietly wants to emerge.
My role is not to provide answers. It is to create the conditions in which fresh insight can arise, limiting assumptions can fall away, and a way of living and leading that is more deeply aligned with what matters most can become possible.
Over more than twenty-five years, I have accompanied individuals, teams and organisations through change, transition and renewal. My work brings together systemic understanding, deep listening, practical wisdom, embodied experience and an intuitive sense for what is asking to be seen.
I continue to be inspired by one simple observation:

Katharina is an executive coach and trusted thought partner for leaders, founders and people carrying responsibility. For more than twenty-five years, she has accompanied individuals, teams and organisations through complexity, change and renewal.
Leadership begins where certainty ends.
Katharina walks alongside leaders as they navigate complexity, transition and moments that ask something different of them. Holding both the deeply personal and the wider systemic dimensions of their challenges, she creates the conditions for the shifts that open new possibilities — for themselves, for the relationships they shape, and for the organisations and wider systems they influence. As leaders reconnect with what matters most, clarity, purpose and ease begin to shape the way they live and lead.
Before founding her own practice, Katharina held senior leadership roles at Siemens AG, where she led large-scale transformation and culture initiatives across international organisations and diverse cultural contexts. Today, she brings together deep systemic understanding, practical wisdom, embodied experience and an intuitive sense for what is asking to be seen. Her work is grounded in both extensive professional development and a lifelong personal commitment to understanding human growth and change.
Katharina holds an Executive Doctorate in Organisational Change from Ashridge Hult Business School (UK). Her doctoral research explored what becomes possible when we navigate uncertainty by drawing on ways of knowing that extend beyond analytical thinking—opening the door to a deeper sense of clarity, wiser judgement and a more trusting relationship with uncertainty.
Katharina lives in rural Mallorca, where she loves having her feet on the ground, her hands in the earth and her eyes on the horizon.
